If you notice you have made a mistake regarding your order contact us immediately. If we have not printed/dispatched your items we are always happy to make the amendments or fully refund you. However if your order has been processed you will have to wait until you receive it to amend it.
Items are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days then take a further 1-2 working days to arrive to UK locations. Anything order going outside of the UK can take up to 10 working days.

Personalised items are non-refundable or re-turnable unless there is a fault with manufacture. Please refer to our Delivery and Returns Section for more information.

Our websites accept credit/debit cards, Paypal and Paypal Credit. Bulk orders require at least 50% of the invoice before production – rest on collection. Smaller jobs can be paid on collection with either cash or card.
